How streams work
A stream is one governed opportunity in operation — discovery through improvement.
What counts as one stream?
One opportunity that is actively running through the five-phase journey. Examples: a market intelligence watch on one country+industry pair; a quote-to-cash coordination workflow; a customer onboarding pipeline.
What happens when a stream ends?
You own the evidence. We archive the case. If the opportunity repeats or evolves, you start a new stream — often faster because agents already learned the domain.
What stays inside one stream?
One accountable outcome, one decision owner, and one active operating rhythm. It covers the normal research, coordination, review, and evidence work needed for that opportunity — not an unlimited department or unrelated projects.
What if the work grows?
If work becomes a separate outcome, a second operating rhythm, or sustained additional capacity, we review the scope with you first. Together we extend capacity, open another stream, or pause. Nothing expands silently.

Who owns the output?
